Holiday Madness Sale
What is this madness all about?
The Holiday madness sale is going to be a combination of my annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale, but I'm also going to include a surprise date in December as part of the sale too! The sale is limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Surprise December date. The Madness is limited to 10 purchases on each day so don't wait!!
I’ve compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions regarding my Holiday Madness offering. In the event you don’t see what you’re looking for contact/email me at trisha@trishadphotography.com and I’ll be happy to help you out.
What type of photography can my Madness deal be used for?
Madness can be used towards any “Standard Session”. Standard sessions include newborn, family, Standard Senior, children, pet and couple/engagement.
Please note, the Madness cannot be used towards event or commercial photography, Petite sessions or Limited sessions.
Where and when will the session take place?
Newborn sessions should take place when the baby is less then 10 days old, these always take place in my studio, located in Orrick, MO 64077.
Other sessions can take place in studio or on location. An outdoor location I frequently use is Watkin's Mill, located near Excelsior Springs/Kearney, but we can also use a favorite location of the client.
Sessions will be set up for my 2012 calendar year. I offer both (limited) weekday and weekend availability. October sessions are not available with this deal.
If deal is purchased for a newborn born in November or December of 2011, I will do my best to work them in.
What’s included with this Madness?
Madness is for a Standard session with trisha d photography and also includes one 11×14 print and 10% off any additional prints and products. Madness is not valid with any petite/Limited sessions.
Digital negatives, prints and products are available for purchase using your 10% discount code.
Who will be my photographer?
Me! That’s right, the photographer behind trisha d photography is Trisha! I will be answering your emails, shooting your session, editing and making sure you get exactly what you want!
How long is my photo session?
Madness is for a regular session, which can last up to an hour/hour and a half long (longer for newborns). I don't set a time limit, I photograph until I know I have what I need to produce a full gallery consistent with all my current work.
How many photos will I see?
After the session takes place, clients receive a password protected gallery within 7 days, with at least 20 images to choose from. Gallery is available for 7 days during which time all selections and orders need to be placed.
How do I book?
That’s easy! Just Click Here to begin the booking process. Once you have read over the basic session information guide, filled out the policy form which is linked above the guide, click on the "Book My Session Now" tab and I'll be in touch to find some dates that will work for us.
Once I finalize your date and time I’ll send over a session guide full of information to make the most of your session, along with my policy form which you will have to return filled out before your session.
How far in advance do I need to book my session?
I suggest contacting me about 6-8 weeks before your desired date. Be sure to book your session early to get the spot you want! Weekends are very limited and I only offer afternoon sessions on most weekdays. There is no October availability with this Madness deal.
What is your cancellation policy? What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, I know! Get in touch as soon as you know and I’ll do my best to reschedule as soon as possible. Please note, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will result in your Madness deal being forfeited.
What if it rains?
Rain happens and as much we might like to, we can’t control mother nature. A little bit of rain and cloudy skies don’t scare me, but my camera doesn't love the rain. If I determine the weather will not allow us to get the best images possible, I’ll contact you to reschedule your session to a better day. Of course, this is only applicable for outdoor sessions.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Please please, please don’t be late! In fact, be a little bit early! If you’re late it will cut into your session time (especially if I have another session after yours!)and no one wants that! If you have not arrived or contacted me within 15 minutes of our scheduled start time, I reserve the right to continue to my next session and your Madness deal will be forfeited. I will send you some available dates that we can reschedule your session on, but if you are late a 2nd time, I reserve the right to deny a reschedule and no payments will be returned.

Products and Ordering
How do I order?
Your gallery will be available to you within 7 days from our session. I will send out an email with all your gallery information and include a product guide with information on the products I offer and a wall display guide with lots of ideas to help you decide what to order.
Do I have to purchase anything in addition to what is included?
Of course not! But I really think you’ll want to once you see your images and the awesome products I offer!
Portrait images make for perfect gifts and gorgeous art for your wall, as well as lasting memories for your family and loved ones.
How do family and friends order?
You will be able to share the access code to your gallery with anyone you choose to. Friends and family will be able to view the images, and place their own orders right from the gallery/shopping cart.
How much do additional prints and products cost?
Prints start at $25.00 (plus sales tax) for gift print sizes (8x10 and smaller) and wall art prints (11x14 and larger) start at $75.00. I also offer both Print and Digital Collections starting at $350. A full pricing and product guide will be sent to you to review with your basic session information guide as well.
I carry a full range of wall canvases, greeting cards, prints, albums and whatever other fun things I can put your images on!

How much should I expect to spend?
While each client has individual needs for their home, most clients end up with a similar order. An average family order includes a wall portrait (16×20 or larger) or a custom wall grouping with multiple smaller sized framed prints to give to family and friends. Depending on the quantity and size, these orders typically range anywhere from $300.00-$800.00
Digital images are all the rage...I mean, who wouldn't want to be able to have all of their gorgeous session images on CD with a personal printing release? I offer three digital options starting at $500. My digital packages are the most popular option now a days.
How long does my order take?
Orders will be ready for pick up in about 2-3 weeks, with the exception of albums and wall canvases, but they’re so beautiful they’re worth the extra wait!
All orders can be picked up or you can have it shipped for an additional fee.
Do you offer any payment plans?
I will discuss a payment plan on any order over $600. Please note: You will not receive your prints/digital images until your order is paid in full.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I prefer cash or check, but I also accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
