I’m a few days late on Five on Friday this week…sorry about that! I haven’t been around my computer much this weekend (what?! how odd of me! haha), and just now got the chance to sit down to do this.

I have decided to switch F.O.F. up a bit from now on. I sometimes have a hard time coming up with 5 things to write about, so I’m going to start doing Themes!

They will be different themes each week…some may be completely random and entertaining, and others could be something completely educational…you just never know with me haha-

This week I think I will tell you 5 things I’m doing to improve my business for you (my clients)

1. I have put up a new section at the top of my page all about Custom Photography. If you had any questions about it, it will surely answer them! It covers things such as the definition of Custom Photography, Why people have began to turn to Custom Photography, and Why it costs a little more than your average Photo Chain. The articles are really interesting and I hope you will find them interesting as well!
2. I’ve purchased a sample album that I think I might offer…I want to check out the quality of it and if it’s up to par I will put it on my site for you to order, as well as have a hands on sample for you to see for yourself! I love finding new offerings!
3. I’m getting the Senior section revamped and will put samples up of 411 cards that I’m giving for free with your Senior’s order!
4. I’ve got my awesome knitting friend, Stevie, to make me some incredible hats for your newborn (or older) baby to sport in his/her photos! They are SUPER cute, and I can’t wait to use them!
5. I’ve posted 2 specials below…one Spring and one Senior. Be sure to take advantage!! They are only for a limited time!

Oh and just because I wanted to post a picture…here is my baby girl, Gerty! And…she may or may not be pregnant…if she is…be ready for lots of little puppy pictures in April!

But I’m afraid this one will be rather short…I’m at the hospital now, so I’m just quickly updating.

2. My family is huge…we fill up an entire waiting room at the hospital
3. Cheetos make a bigger mess than I ever thought they could! Orange powder everywhere! It’s craziness! Staining the hands of 3 yr olds everywhere! haha
4. I never realize how much I need coffee until I don’t have enough of it…
5. I have a four month old session tomorrow and I can’t wait!!

Time for Five on Friday

So…here goes!

1. I’m working on a project to make my studio Green I was going to start mailing out Welcome Packets when a session was booked, but I’ve decided to go digital and start a Welcome Blog! Sooo…you will get to see the new Welcome Blog when you book a session!
2. I’ve gotten addicted to hulu.com. I had never heard of it until the Superbowl commercial and now I’m just addicted! LoL My fave thing on there? Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. It stars Neil Patrick Harris and it’s hilarious!
3. Missouri weather is so weird. Capri’s one day, snow the next…
4. My cousin is in Florida…the weather there right now is 80º…I wish I was in Florida…
5. Happy Valentine’s Day! I really don’t care much for this holiday (it really doesn’t have a lot of meaning to me), but I do like pink, and I always like a reason for taking photos so….I guess this holiday can’t be completely shunned

I missed it January 30 because I was sick and in bed all day and I missed it this past Friday because I was out of town…so for this week…it’s going to be 10 on Monday! Ha!

So here goes:

1. I think that the day after Christmas, I should be able to walk outside and see flowers blooming, sun on my skin, and 73ºf reading on the thermometer…why doesn’t this ever happen? It’s been well over a month since Christmas and it’s still freezing! Geesh!
2. I have been sick off and on for over a month. This week…sore throat/sinus combo. It’s fantastic.
3. If you haven’t read the Twilight-saga…please do! I’m deeming myself the Official Twilight Recruiter.
4. Did you watch the Grammy Awards last night? Paul McCartney was brilliant as always…Here…See for yourself…
5. Who wasn’t brilliant on the Grammy’s last night? Neil Young.
6. I scrapbooked for 24 hours this past weekend and got 5 pages finished…yikes.
7. Seriously…I’m getting ready to post Specials…I promise.
8. I have a million and one projects that need to be done, but I think Spring Fever has me down LoL at least that’s the excuse I’m using…
9. I’m going to possibly have puppies in a few months…it’s SO exciting!
10. I have major TV show addiction. My faves right now are the Monday night CBS line-up until 9 when I flip it to ABC Family and watch The Secret Life of the American Teenager (you should watch this…), American Idol, Lie to Me (a new one…you should watch this too!), and The United States of Tara on Showtime. Geez…I really need DVR because it’s hard to work around this schedule

Anyway…that was my randomness for the last 2 weeks Hopefully, I’ll get better at posting EVERY Friday from now on.
