I’m happy to report that this year’s Dog Jog was a great success!

Lots of pets and their humans showed up to show off their walking and jogging skills with their 4 legged buddies :mrgreen:

And a few demonstrators showed up to show off! Missouri Search and Rescue brought over their K-9 Unit, which was fantastic and SO fascinating! Talk about some smart puppies! And the MoKan Dock Dogs showed up to splash around in the Richmond Public Pool! It was amazing how high and far they could jump!

It was so incredible to see everyone together, mingling, wagging tails, sniffing….each other There were happy growls and barks, and plenty of excited yips and yelps!

It was so amazing too, to know that everyone that was gathered at the event was there for the same reason…to help our local shelter animals.

It makes my heart smile.

So if you came, THANK YOU SO MUCH ? And I know that the animals Thank You too And if you couldn’t make it this year, we hope to see you next year!

How cool is this?! This year my parents attended their 40 Year Class Reunion!

My dad had me come up to the Community Center where they were gathered and snap a quick group picture. They had former classmates join them from as far as California and Arizona!

Here they are! And they’re all lookin’ good!
