That’s SUPER! | Superhero Petite Sessions

I wasn’t sure about offering Themed Petite Sessions this year, but I really do love them so much that I couldn’t resist :hrt: And I REALLY love Superheroes, so I decided that this years first Themed Session would a Superhero one :D

SO if you haven’t been playing along on my Facebook Page get over there and try to win a FREE SPOT! Read all about it RIGHT HERE.

If you don’t want to play the game or if you don’t win the drawing, NEVER FEAR! I’m offering them to everyone :D

Additional Details:

    • You will view 5-10 proofs in a password protected gallery (which will be open for 7 days). From there you will be able to choose your (3) Digital Files as well as order prints for a discounted price!
    • Location has not yet been determined. If you have any suggestions for a location I would LOVE to hear them! trisha@trishadphotography.com or you can leave the suggestion at the BRAND NEW TD Suggestion Box!
    • These sessions are suggested for, but not limited to children ages 3-10. I do not have a problem with a younger or older child participating, but my costumes may be a little large or a little small for a younger/older child.
    • Children participating will receive a fun little goodie bag ;)

What to Wear Suggestions:

There really is no right or wrong with Superhero Sessions…it just depends on how YOU want your Supers to look, though I do have a few suggestions ;)

  • If you are coordinating with my costumes, you can see photos of them on my blog and on Facebook (the girl one is pictured above!). I will provide the Cape and Mask for the Heroes and a Cape/Mask/Top Hat/(optional) Stick-On Mustache for Villains. You will need to provide the clothing they wear under the capes.
  • You can go as simple or as complicated as you want…

**Example of Simple: Either a plain t-shirt and jeans/shorts (works for boys and girls)

**Example of A little more Complicated: something like a Spandex/Under Armour shirt and pants (and a solid color pair of cotton shorts over the top of the pants) for boys (you could do something similar to this for girls too of course!) OR for girls you could throw on a fitted t-shirt and a super cute skirt (similar to whats pictured above)!

Really anything will go…just let your imagination take over! What would YOU have LOVED to wear when you were little?

Gorgeous Girl | 2012 Senior

I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely Senior on Good Friday :)

We had a gorgeous extremely sunny day to work with and even though the breeze was cool at times, it was really a perfect day!

We began the session at her home and moved quickly on to a few other local locations having fun and lots of laughs along the way!

Thanks Amy for letting me be a part of this important time in your life! Best Wishes on your life beyond OHS! HAVE FUN! :D

SUPER GIVEAWAY!! | Themed Petite Session Giveaway

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE themed Petite Sessions and you know what else I LOVE LOVE LOVE? SUPERHEROES!! :hrt:

SO in honor of The Avengers coming out this month, I’ve decided to have a little giveaway for a Superhero Themed Petite Session! FUN right?

So what I’ve decided to do is from Today (Monday, 5-14) to Friday (May 18) I will be asking 3 Superhero themed questions daily (at random times) on my FB page.

Whoever answers the question correctly first, gets put into the drawing (15 names total). I do ask that if your name is already entered to please let someone different answer the question :)

Here are the details:

Details:

  • Petite Sessions are 20 minutes long and come with a $25 Print Credit (as well as discounted Prints/Collections)
  • I will give you 2 dates to choose from for your session. One will be a weekend date and the other will be a weekday date – both dates will be in the evening.
  • You can bring up to (2) children to the session. These types of sessions do work best with children ages 2-12, though I will do younger/older children (though your child should be old enough to walk).
  • Costumes I have available: red/blue cape and mask – pink/purple cape and mask – black cake, mask, top hat and optional stick-on mustache (these costumes are made to fit a child who is around 4′ tall. They will fit smaller children, but will be large)
  • PLEASE play fairly. This is meant to be fun :) Let everyone have a chance to answer a question (meaning, if you are already entered into the drawing, let someone new answer the next question).
